January in Costa Rica is dry season — warm days, clear skies, and a jungle that hums with life. There is something about being surrounded by that much biodiversity that makes the noise of business feel very far away. That's exactly the point.

RESET Costa Rica takes place in a secluded luxury eco-lodge nestled between rainforest canopy and Pacific coastline. The setting is designed to remove every excuse not to think clearly — no distractions, no obligations, just the work of recalibrating how you lead and build.

This is the second retreat in the RESET series, and it builds on the foundation of Ireland. Whether you're joining for the first time or returning, you'll find the same depth of facilitation in a completely different natural context — one that invites surrender, renewal, and radical honesty.
