Africa has a way of showing you what actually matters. The scale of the Maasai Mara — the silence, the sky, the movement of wildlife across the savanna — creates a perspective that is impossible to manufacture anywhere else. RESET Kenya is built around that.

July is the Great Migration season in Kenya — one of the most extraordinary natural events on earth. We've chosen this timing deliberately. There is something about witnessing that kind of scale and instinct that recalibrates a leader's sense of what is truly important.

This is the third and most ambitious retreat in the RESET series. Set in a luxury tented camp on the edge of the Mara, it combines the depth of the RESET facilitation with one of the most transformative landscapes on the planet. Limited to 10–15 participants.
